Bachelors /Master s degree in Technology.10+ years of Industry experience out of which 5 years as Project Manager.Job Responsibilities:Solid Project Management experience in complex / multi-faceted IT projects.Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels throughout organization.Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining KPIs, monitoring progress, and supporting strategic plans.Making sure the teams abide to the project roadmap and provide regular status to management on progress made.Proactively working with Product Development Manager in getting the risks and impediment s cleared.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Qualifications and Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills are a mustHigh energy, proactive and approachable personality who enjoy solving diverse problemsProven problem solving abilities and creative thinkingAt least 7 years of Project Management, with at least 2 years in a management roleExperience with the followingPlanning tools (MPP)Resource PlanningRisk mitigation and contingencyConflict resolutionStake holder managementAbility to positively interact with all stake holder for any conflict resolution.Work along with teams to get the data to create KPIs needed for reporting it to management.,
