Project Manager Department: Project Management Altruista Health (AH), a prominent U.S. based healthcare IT Products Company is looking for highly motivated and dynamic Project Management professionals. Altruistaprojectmanager coordinates all activities of Health Careproject s, from readiness assessment and planning, to completion of implementation. The project manager also may have responsibility for managing maintenance and ongoing improvement. Qualifications Bachelor sdegree in engineering or Equivalent. PMP certified Project Manager with 9- 13 years of overall IT experience and minimum of 5- 7 years of experience with Projectmanagement preferably in health care sector. Thorough knowledge of entire project delivery process. Must be comfortable managing the client , the process, and the project team. Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a multi- disciplinary team setting, collaborating, and client satisfaction Must possess strong communication (Written & Verbal), presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple project s and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines. Proficient in the use of MS Project Project Management Tools, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Project Prior enterprise application development experience preferred such as HTML, CSS, .NET, MVC, JavaScript & SQL server. Experience working using Agile based Scrum Methodologies and working experience of using JIRA Responsibilities Provide leadership and management necessary for all facets of healthcare project s and be responsible for achieving overall project goals. Lead/coordinate communication efforts with client, consultants and within project team. Develop and define project schedule to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skills. Lead and supervise the project team, delegating assignments. Should have hands- on experience on Project Planning Scheduling Estimations Risk Planning , Resource allocation, tracking, and Status reporting. High degree of professionalism , especially when faced with critical and inte nse situations.,
