Project ManagerQualifications:B. Tech in Mech / Civil/ ElectricalA Project Manager responsibilities include successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling schedule preparation, pre- planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project. They may also be in charge of performance management and ensure projects are completed according to project plans. Set timelines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.The project manager must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills. Key among a project managers duties is the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of a project.The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
