Job Description Eze Software Group (Eze Software) is seeking a Scrum Master to join the Development team in its Hyderabad office. Responsibilities:Act as Scrum Master for 2- 3 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they workCoordinate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and all other Scrum events (Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospectives, Squad Health Checks, etc.)Work with the Development Team and Product Owner to maintain the Product BacklogFacilitate decision- making, issue resolution and consensus among the team members and dependent teamsEmbrace a servant- leader role across scrum teams and support them by proactively identifying and removing impediments and dependencies, internal to the team as well as external, dealing with cross- functional teams as appropriateCoach teams daily on Scrum principlesMonitor Sprint Burndown Charts and maintain other productivity metricsProtect the Sprint Backlog from scope creepAct as liaison between stakeholders and teams to negotiate Sprint scopeFacilitate Sprint Reviews, using outcome to work with product management in updating the Product BacklogFacilitate Sprint Retrospectives and expedites plans for improvementTrack increment planningUse Scrum, Kanban and XP practices where applicableAdapt project management framework to stakeholder, project, and team needsMonitor and document project varianceCommunicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders about project status Manage risks and have risk mitigation plans in placeAssist Lean- Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) in implementing Agile recommended practices, processes, and toolsAssist Project Management Office (PMO) in compiling regular updates for senior management, coordinating company- wide demos, and assisting in development projects as necessary (such as rolling out new tools and technologies to teams). Qualifications:3 years of project management experience in software development using Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies3- 4 years of Scrum Master experience3 years of managing technical teams and complex technical projectsBachelor s or Master s degreeCSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certificationDemonstrated excellence in leadership and ability to create collaborative, productive teamsAbility to collaborate effectively with global team Preferred:PMI- ACP certificationPrior software development experience preferredExperience working successfully with external clientsExperience with JIRA and Confluence Benefits:Compensation includes a competitive salary & excellent benefits.
