Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager with a PMP certification and a background in Electronics and Communication (E&C) to lead and manage aerospace projects. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software delivery. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set timeline, budget, and quality standards.Candidate currently residing at Hyderabad can apply.Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and execute aerospace projects from start to finish, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set timeline, budget, and quality standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all requirements and expectations are met and communicated effectively.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and ensure that they are regularly updated and communicated to all relevant parties.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project delivery.Establish and maintain effective communication channels, reporting mechanisms, and project governance frameworks.Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained, updated, and stored in a central repository.Conduct regular project status reviews with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress, issues, and risks.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements and expectations of clients and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsBachelors degree in Electronics and Communication or a related field.PMP certification is required.A minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Delivery. Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify specially and mitigate project risks and issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about managing complex Drone projects, we encourage you to apply for this excitingopportunity.
