Roles and Responsibilities1. Will be responsible for search, auditing and on-boarding suppliers for Pulses,Dal.2. Will undertake Quality and infrastructure checks at suppliers end.3. Will analyze Production capabilities ,delivery planning and efficient execution.4. Will undertake regular monitoring of prices, benchmarking and communicate to sales team.5. Ensure smooth and hassle free Transportation and logistics management for Pulses delivery to customer.6. Liasioning with Branch resources for executing Procure to Pay processes.7. Handling Customer queries and trouble shooting.Desired Candidate Profile1. Graduate / PG preferably in Agriculture / SCM/operations- from a reputed college with agri business industry experience of 5-10 years.2. South India based candidate preferred.3. Exposure to managing Dal/Pulses/Cereals /Staples category ideal for this role.4. Independent worker, able to take initiatives.5. Ability to work with inter departmental teams seamlessly, drive innovative thinking.6. Must posses Commercial acumen with attention to detail.7. B2B exposure is preferred.,
