Job Description

    We are looking for a Purchase Executive with knowledge into to managing procurement of technology products and services. Research vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective acquisitions. Strong IT knowledge, vendor management, and organizational skills required.
    1. Understanding the company environment.
    2. Knowledge of the Purchase Process.
    3. Getting quotes from vendors.
    4. Quotation Comparative statements for approval.
    5. Payment Terms & Delivery Terms Negotiation.
    6. Issuing the Purchase Orders.
    7. Follow up with vendors for Material.
    8. GRN Process.
    9. Coordinating with accounts for Submission of Invoices.
    10. Followup for payment.
