Job Description

Greetings from ExpertEase. Location : Hyderabad Experience : 13-18 Years Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of QA engineers, provide technical direction and manage project timelines and quality.
  • End to end responsibility of ensuring the product meets the industry standard quality.
  • Evaluation, selection, and implementation of automated testing tools that meet our organizations requirements.
  • Establish automation and coding standards to ensure consistency across applications
  • Identify areas and advocate for automation to improve testing and organizational efficiency.
  • Provide input to and execute the test automation roadmap.
  • Using metrics demonstrate operational efficiency and return on automation investment.
  • Help plan and design test strategies and QA procedures for functional and non-
  • functional testing activities like Security and Performance testing.
  • Mentor, evaluate, and provide leadership to QA.
  • Review business requirements for testability and provide design input to make software more testable.
  • Participate in the review of project deliverables including requirement specifications,
  • functional design documents and technical design documents.
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing.
  • Summarize testing and validation results and communicate with project team members regarding status.
Skills Required
  • 13-18 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 4+ years of experience as a test manager.
  • Experience with software test management and reporting tools.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining different automation testing frameworks.
  • Experience with web services testing.
  • Strong coding skillset in Java/JavaScript.
  • Sound knowledge in test automation tools like Selenium, WebDriverIO and Puppeteer.
  • Experience in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven.
  • Experience in using any one performance tool preferably JMeter.
  • Experience in Security testing is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, organization and decision making skills.
  • Experience in Exploratory testing, penetration testing, chaos testing
