Job Description

Dear Candidate,we have an urgent job opening for Quality Engineer at Pan India Location.-Knowledgeable of goodengineeringpractices, conversant with standards & codes like ASME, AWS, IS having experience in fabrication of Carbon steel and Stainless steel pressure vessels, process piping, skids,process plant structural conversant with welding process. Preparing quality documentation and maintain records of activities at shop &site.Job Responsibilities

  • Periodic workshop based interactions on Quality Standards with relevant internal teams sharing learning experiences and solutions, thus strengthening the function and make it a competitive advantage
  • Conduct Quality audits on key projects and highlight compliance or lack of it. Feedback loop to periodic workshops to build strong Quality culture
  • Ensure up-to-date Quality documentation as per project timelines with zero errors or timeline delays
  • Active communication with external vendors on recurring Quality issues for on-time resolution
  • Ensure all Certifications are updated as per calendar
  • Design Customer Service Metrics for quarterly client feedback
  • Feedback Data shared on Quarterly basis with FPR and time bound implementation of Issues raised
  • Design periodic Customer Feedback measurement. Share data in workshop format with internal teams with FPR andtimelines
  • Maintaining quantitative data base for number of man days / man hours with zero hazards / accidents;
  • Maintain relevant databases, generate periodic MIS and share with management so that there is an active Quality culture at RDE
  • Active Participation in process mapping, inputs mapping, MIS reports, Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverables
  • Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity standards of the company
