Job Description

    Qlik sense AdminWork Mode Rotational shiftExp. 5 Yrs to 8 Yrs salary range up to 19 lpaExp. 9 yrs to 12 Yrs Salary range up to 26 lpa- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for Data integration & Visualization platforms (Qlik Sense Admin / Developer with SAS ETL experience).- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues reported by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.- Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.- Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround- Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB- Work on Problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.- Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
