Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, configure, and implement Quadient solutions according to business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical input on system design.
    • Design and create templates, workflows, and user interfaces within the Quadient platform.
    • Develop custom integrations between Quadient and other enterprise applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Quadient solutions.
    • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
    • Provide support during the implementation phase and post-deployment.
    • Ensure the quality and performance of the application by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Quadient platform updates and best practices.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Quadient (formerly GMC) software.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire, including design, development, and deployment of templates and applications.
    • Knowledge of other relevant technologies such as Java, .NET, SQL, XML, and web services.
    • Understanding of enterprise software integration and workflow automation.
    • Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning of Quadient solutions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Quadient Inspire Output Management.
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment practices.
    • Knowledge of document composition, transactional printing, and customer communication solutions.
    • Certifications in Quadient software (if applicable).
