Job Description

    Job Title: Quality Analyst Accounts Receivable/Account PayableJob Summary:The Account Receivable Analyst/Account Payable is responsible for auditing by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Transaction quality auditsProvide Transaction Quality MetricsProvide Feedback and suggestions for Process improvementGenerate and send invoices to customers for goods and services provided.Monitor and track incoming payments, ensuring they are recorded accurately and timely.Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.Follow up on overdue invoices and provide payment plans with delinquent customers.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues with customers.Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and internal departmentKey Skills & Competencies:Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining data accuracy and producing error-free reports.Analytical Thinker: Able to dissect complex financial data and derive meaningful insights.Team Player: Collaborative mindset to build strong and enduring relationship to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Deadline-Driven: Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and prioritize tasks.Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in commerce or Higher Education35 years of experience in O2C process with accounting experienceFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word and Power pointShould be flexible to work hoursExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
