Job Description

Position Description Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
  • Design and implement tests, debug and define corrective actions
  • Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts)
  • Lead the junior department in producing test documents, leading testing procedures, and ensuring the successful deployment of software/product solutions, leading to consumer satisfaction and the subsequent success of the business
  • Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
  • Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber, Eclipse, GIT, ATDD, Appium, SauceLabs, Perfecto
  • Execute/deliver in Sprint and Regression Automation
  • Customization/upgradation of Automation framework as per project/application requirement
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ or more years of previous experience with software quality assurance and/or software testing
  • Previous experience creating and/or executing test plans, test cases, or test scripts
  • Automation testing experience; ability to design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL
  • Expertise on Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin and Jenkins
  • Expertise in Database testing and automated testing
  • Knowledge of or experience with the System Development Life Cycle and software testing practices

  • Knowledge and/past experience on Public Cloud AWS/Azure
