Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesRequired4 tzo 6 years of Implementation, deployment experience as an integral team member on at least 1 full end to end implementations with QuickBooks Online ERP in a techno-functional role.3+ years of experience with modules such as General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Revenues, Inventory (INV).Broad understanding of database structure, API/ table dependencies, and data elements with the ability to map functional elements to underlying APIs/ tables, fields and conditional criteria.Ability to configure QuickBooks to match approved design solutions.Create and maintain QuickBooks Online company data. Understand the account and company setup steps and maintain a general knowledge of the major areas of the QuickBooks Online application.Good understanding of QuickBooks Data File Review, Reporting & Business Intelligence, and Programming & Integration.Create and maintain QuickBooks Online users and set and maintain the appropriate access levels.Export periodic backups of the QuickBooks Online company data.Create and maintain customer/vendor records, including contact information, delivery, payment terms, payment and any other information required.Customize the company invoice form and other forms, such as sales receipts and estimates (Plus only) as needed Working knowledge of QuickBookss Cloud / SaaS based business software systems (ERP).Experience throughout the complete QuickBooks software development life-cycle.Experience in gathering business requirements and hands-on experience in preparing functional design, technical design and test case related documentation.Ability to analyze technically difficult problems and recommend solutions in a timely manner.Proficiency in the development of reports and ad-hoc queries.Ability to take ownership of technical responsibilities while serving as the single point of contact for QuickBooks.Ability to work under and manage multiple deadlines.Should be self-motivated while taking initiative to work in an energetic environment to achieve value-added results.Ability to work independently on varied and complex tasks.Should excel in a team environment while contributing to knowledge sharing and experience.Should be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.Willingness to learn new skills that are outside of immediate skill set is a must.Develop and maintain user application support documentation including user manuals, flow charts, and system capability diagrams.Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written in English) to articulate problems, make design decisions and to independently engage with business stakeholders throughout various phases of the project.Strong work ethic with ability and willingness to support clients when needed.Ability to handle difficult situations and manage critical scenarios.Ability to collaborate well with all levels from developers to key stakeholders.PreferredExperience with SQL language a plus (query building).Experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban methodologiesRelevant certifications are a plus.
