Job Description document for Reach Truck Operator (MHE)Position details :Reach Truck Operator (MHE)Location: HyderabadDescription / Objectives of the positionThe Reach Truck Operator is responsible for operating a Reach Truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stocks. The operator is accountable for safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Checker duties.Process Improvement & Performance Management:1) Receiving / Put-Away: After unloading, move the palletized stocks / stocks safely to storage locations. Efficiently store the stocks in the appropriate bin locations.2) Quality : Report Quality issues in packaging at Inbound & Outbound like Damage / Interchanges3) Order Picking: Ensure correct stock picked from Non Ground Locations and measure the accuracy of stocks picked and moved to dock doors for loading. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer standards.4) Replenishments: Efficiently carry out high to low and low to high stock replenishments daily.5) Inventory: Support Inventory team on daily stock check and cycle counts.6) Safety, Sanitation and Security: Maintain, Clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with Organization EHS policy.7) Maintenance: perform or assist in damaged racks replacements and new erection and carry out basic self maintenance activities daily.Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the PositionEducation : Any ITI / Diploma or GraduateWorking Experience: 2-5 years relevant experience as a MHE operator or Fork lift operator with valid LMV driving license.
