    Job Description (JD):We are seeking an experiencedReact JS Full Stack Developerwith strong backend expertise inJava or .NET. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring high performance of both frontend and backend systems.Position: React JS Full Stack Developer (Java / .NET)Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai (Hybrid / WFO depending on project)Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)Required Skills & Experience:
    • 38 years of professional experiencein full stack development.
    • Strong proficiency inReact.jsand related ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, Context API).
    • Backend expertise inJava (Spring Boot)or.NET Core.
    • Experience in buildingRESTful APIs / Microservices.
    • Proficiency withDatabases (SQL / NoSQL MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    • Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
    • Strong understanding ofweb architecture, authentication, and security principles.
    • Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    Responsibilities:
    • Developend-to-end web applicationsusing React.js with Java/.NET backend.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX teams for user-friendly frontend development.
    • BuildAPIs and microservicesfor application integration.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
    • Performunit testing and code reviewsto ensure quality.
    • Work in Agile teams and deliver within sprint cycles.
