Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Full Stack Developer at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable and performant web applications. You will work closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of our web platforms. You should have strong technical expertise in React.js and Node.js, with a solid understanding of modern web development practices.Key Responsibilities:
    • Frontend Development:
      • Design and implement responsive, scalable, and performant user interfaces using React.js.
      • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
      • Integrate third-party libraries and APIs for seamless user experiences.
      • Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Full Stack Integration:
      • Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and monitor applications.
      • Build full-stack applications by integrating React.js frontend with Node.js backend.
      • Maintain and optimize the deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
    • Collaboration & Agile Development:
      • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
      • Participate in agile sprints, daily standups, and sprint planning meetings.
      • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
    • Required Skills and Experience:
      • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.
      • Strong proficiency in React.js,and Node.js
      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
      • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
    • Education:
      • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
