Job Description

    Job Title: Receptionist Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Experience: 1 to 2 years (Hospital or Clinic experience preferred) Employment Type: Full-TimeShift Timings: 10 am to 6 pm ISTJob Summary: We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionistto be the first point of contact for our Client Hospital. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare setting, strong communication skills, and a welcoming attitude.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
    • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, appointments, and walk-ins.
    • Maintain patient records and assist with basic administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth workflow.
    • Ensure a clean, organized, and calm front desk environment.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a hospital or clinic front desk role.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment systems).
    • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
