Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety. Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa Manager and other stake holders. Follows set procedures on cash checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities. Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility.
