Job Description

Machint is engineered to experience seamless mentoring and support to induce independence and confidence into youngsters stepping into the corporate world with us. The HR team at Machint is looking for ambitious Graduates for internship (or) an entry level positions for Recruitment along with Senior level recruiters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment:

  • Support on end-2-end Recruitment process working with the Recruitment team.
  • Review and post JDs on to the professional media and available networking portals
  • Research and identify suitable candidates and reach out to them via various channels
  • Adhere to the internal Recruitment protocol
  • Arrange interview schedules with interviewers
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum a Bachelors degree ideally with in Technology or Business space for Freshers
  • For Senior or Lead Level need minimum 2 - 4+ years of experience in end to end IT Recruitment
  • Good internet research skills
  • Confident presentation skills and salesy mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and tenacity to go through learning curves swiftly
  • Quick learning abilities and adaptability
  • Familiarity or notion of understanding with IT industry and the trends.
  • Excellent English Communication both written and verbal.
