We are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills. You will be responsible to screen candidates , assess their skills and guide them through the onboarding process. Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines. Tech savvy. Ability to use Excel , CRMs and Smartphones. Role: Screening: Reach out to candidates and screen them on phone , video interviews. Customer Happiness: Ensure candidates and ambassadors receive the highest level of customer service either on phone , chat or email. Coaching: Onboard candidates with basic training.
