Job Description

    As a Regional Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative, facility, and operational activities related to both the Head Office (HO) and Branch offices. You will involve in infrastructural management, branch administration, and vendor management.What you will do:- Coordinating with landlords for the setup of new branches.- Handling the printing of ID cards and visiting cards for all employees.- Managing HO-related admin activities, including office renovations, landlines, and photocopiers.- Maintaining stock of branch inventory such as laptops, desktops, and printers.- Coordinating and completing all branch requirements, including lease agreements and procurement of assets.- Ensuring the dispatch of marketing material and collaterals to branches on a monthly basis.- Coordinating and setting up new branches by the company.- Handling branch admin-related billings, including maintenance charges, electricity bills, and monthly rents.- Maintaining monthly records of all branch expenses.- Acting as the primary contact for any courier-related services or issues with all branches.- Coordinating billing for marketing vendors and process payments.- Managing inventory of companys collaterals and coordinating with vendors for printing.- Coordinating monthly trainings and offsite activities, including billing processes.- Checking and processing payments for various invoices, including telephone bills, data cards, credit vendors, credit bureaus, toll-free services, SMS services, courier services, and DSA payouts.What you need to have:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.- Proven experience in administrative and operational roles.- Familiarity with vendor management and billing processes.- Strong organizational and leadership skills.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Attention to detail.- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, email, and web-based systems.- Pleasant personality.- Demonstrated drive to build and lead a team.Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
