Job Description

    Please note: This role will require to work from office for 6 Days in a week.Position Summary:The Regional Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the designated region. Theywill ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, develop and implement HR strategies to support businessobjectives, and provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR-related matters. The idealcandidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaboratewith stakeholders at all levels.Key Responsibilities:1) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.2) Provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.3) Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.4) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.5) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for the region, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualifiedcandidates.6) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.7) Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.8) Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with corporate HR team on various projects and initiatives.9) Participate in regional and company-wide meetings and events as required.
