Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:Training Needs Analysis Assess the training needs of employees in the region through collaboration with management, HR, and other relevant stakeholders. Identify gaps in knowledge and skills that require training interventions.Curriculum Development Design and develop training programs and materials that address the identified needs. Create engaging and effective training content, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.Facilitation and Delivery Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees in the region. Use a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.Onboarding Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by delivering orientation and job-specific training. Ensure that new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.Product or Soft Skills Training Provide training on new products, services, or processes introduced. by the organization. Keep employees updated on industry trends and best practices.Performance Evaluation Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Make necessary adjustments to improve the impact of training initiatives.Collaboration with Stakeholders Work closely with regional managers, department heads, and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborate with other trainers and training departments to share best practices.Compliance Training Ensure that employees receive mandatory compliance training related to industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.Technology Integration Utilize technology platforms for virtual or online training sessions, as well as to track and manage training data.Travel and Coordination Travel to different locations within the region to conduct on-site training. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and venue arrangements.Documentation Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations. Provide reports to management on the effectiveness of training initiatives,
