Job Description

Dear Team, We are looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator for one of our Leading FMCG Company in Agri products. Designation : Regional Sales Coordinator Qualification : Any Graduate. Experience : Minimum 1-3 Years Location : Hyderabad ROLES :

  • Generate daily sales report.
  • Generate MIS reports related to sales.
  • Tracking of closing stock, sales returns & creditors.
  • Follow - up of collection & outstanding.
  • Reconciliation of stock ,distributor statements, sales process collection , supply & order processing.
  • Keep track of damage products.
  • Keep track of expiry products.
  • Maintain all sales related data in software/Excel.
  • Check entries to be made.
  • Take approval from management to write off expiry products. and to dispatch damage products to the production unit.
  • Stock analysis of indent Vs Sales.
  • Primary Vs secondary sales data analysis.
  • Maintaining Details about number of existing distributors & new distributors.
  • Maintaining Monthly & quarterly sales reports
  • Coordinating with customers as and when required.
