    Hiring: Regional Sales Manager - Home Loan / LAPLocation: HhyderabadSalary - Upto 12LPAWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager - Home Loan / LAP to lead and expand our mortgage business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in driving disbursement growth. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Home Loan & LAP vertical for the Hyderabad regionDrive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targetsBuild and manage a strong team of Sales Managers and Relationship ManagersDevelop and expand DST, Connector & Builder networkMaintain strong relationships with banking and financial institution partnersMonitor team performance and ensure productivity & profitability Candidate Profile:10years of experience in Mortgage (Home Loan / LAP mandatory)Strong team handling and leadership experienceProven track record of achieving high disbursement targetsStrong DSTand Builder network in Hyderabad marketExcellent communication, negotiation & strategic planning skills
