Job Description

    The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. He will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. He will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Responsible for generating new business in entire South region comprising of AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala. The incumbent can be either based at Hyderabad or Bengaluru.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sales strategy through market analysis and other sources of dataIncreasing the channel/distribution & agents, MBO & Shop in Shop (SIS) business of the company in all the states of South IndiaCoordinate with ASM, sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leadsTrack and report all sales activitiesResponsible for collection of the region as per TATSupport the learning and development of the sales teamQualifications. Experience generating and maintaining relationships with distributors and agents in apparel tradeExperience in working in entire South territory (multi state/regional role) and prior experience of handling distribution business from Apparel business (menswear preferable) is mandatoryExperience managing large sales teams is essentialExcellent verbal communication & presentation skills,
