Job Description

Responsible for sales and overall performance of a portfolio of R R and loyalty programs
Manage day to day program catalog management activities
Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Supply Chain/ Technology etc.) to ensure 2X value is delivered to the client
Cross-sell reward programs and solutions
Manage all product service related escalations
Develop monthly performance metrics and account dashboards for reviews with the top management

Any Graduate with a go getter attitude and a customer centric approach
Experience in handling large corporate clients
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint is essential
