Job Description

Looking for outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting /interacting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions. Youll play a key role in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales. Must be energetic, well spoken and eager to close sales & generate revenue.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating on lead generation, prospective management, developing sales strategies.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions, follow up calls and sales closures.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize in value.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
  • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective client information.
  • Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience with lead generation, prospect management and closures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
  • Should be energetic, persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Able to work as an individual as well as to take team along in achieving objectives.
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • 3-4 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound calls, inside sales or related ones and knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  • Experience in Education, Immigration services, Travel & leisure, and related kind of sectors in a consultative environment would be an added advantage.
Graduates/PG with Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce would be plus
