Job Description

  • Minimum 1 yr of experience asSales / Business DevelopmentinBanking / Financial Services / Insurancemandatory
  • Current organisation must be into Health Insurance
  • Minimum 1-3 yrs into Health Insurance Sales
  • Industry Insurance Sales
  • Built large retail Health business
  • Has maintained large Health agent base
  • Train all partners for them to be able to use the Health Insurance products
  • Liaise between the company and the partners to be able to make sure that the partner is productive
  • Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the partners
  • Liaise with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as set out with the partners are adhered to
  • Increase the engagement of existing partners by providing complete Health Insurance solutions
  • Conduct daily sales calling with prospective partners and identify their needs.
  • Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to partners basis their requirements and goal
  • Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references
  • Update self-regarding all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading
