Job Description

    e are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our products and services to ensure a memorable shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance in locating products
    • Understand customers needs and recommend products accordingly to enhance their shopping experience
    • Explain product features, benefits, and available options to customers to guide their purchasing decisions
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling products
    • Maintain the appearance of the showroom by arranging merchandise and ensuring displays are clean and appealing
    • Follow up with customers for after-sales support and foster strong customer relationships
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to answer customer inquiries accurately
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet showroom goals
