    1. Manage the customer lifecycle for enterprise business clients.
    2. Monitor and track customer retention for assigned accounts.
    3. Analyze and track churn rates for the designated set of accounts.
    4. Oversee the entire range of enterprise products and services (ILL, MPLS, SIP Trunk).
    5. Ensure compliance for all corporate accounts and follow up on the resolution of outstanding bills.
    6. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints within the defined turnaround time.
    7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    Mandatory Key Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Enterprise Products (ILL, MPLS, SIP Trunk).
    2. Experience in churn management, customer retention, and collections.
    3. Knowledge of technology products and solutions.
    4. Experience in managing CSAT scores.
    5. Strong relationship management skills.
    6. Expertise in customer lifecycle management.
    7. Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
    8. A strong customer-focused approach.
