1 - Knowledge of the modern retail domain, managing space, manpower & achieving sales targets2 - Knowledge of modern retail merchandising tools, MBQ , assortment planning etc. 3 - Strong relationship building skills with store team/ buying team/ category managers. 4 - Coordination with local buyers and central buyers of the trade partners merchandise fulfillment and other issues5 - People handling skill6 - Basic knowledge of supply chain management, article management, logistics operation. 7 - Should have opened and managed at least 2 - 3 key accounts independently. Candidate Profile Acad Qualification: Min Graduate, PG preferred Technical Qualification (if any) : na Experience: 5 - 10 Prior Experience with Mobile brands, consumer durable brands, white goods, Small appliances, Skill Sets: Hard Core retail selling knowledge, Good hold on excel, ppt 1 - Strong interpersonal skills , experience of handling large team of front end sales executive and supervisors. 2 - Exposure of retail merchandising tools, like head and tail analysis, base quantity set up etc3 - Handled and managed at least one key account / large trade partner like Reliance Digital/ Croma/ Viveks/ Big bazaar etc is mandatory.,
