Job Description

    Job Description(JD) - Front Line Managers(FLM) for Customer Acquisition Team(CAT)Must have skills: Sales, Lead Generation, Insurance Sales, Strong Convincing/Persuasive Skills, Good communication, Professional Outlook.
    1. Achieving the agreed sales targets by acquiring new customer.
    2. Follow up on hot leads & convert them into successful sales.
    3. Understand customer needs & requirements in order to suggest appropriate policies & services.
    4. Relationship Management directly with the customers.
    5. Make sales calls to a variety of contacts provided by the company to cross sell insurance products.
    6. Has to drive productivity measures like lead to conversion ratio.
    7. Increase business opportunities through various routes to market meeting with clients on field.
