Job Description

  • Is a key champion of the Law In Order s Relativity service.
  • Will be the first point of contact for support to all of Law In Order s Relativity users.
  • Will work together with the support team of Relativity to resolve complex issues.
  • Relativity Installation and upgrade of Relativity Environment.
  • Performing kCura standard post-installation smoke test in the environment.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to relativity front end like dtsearch, Analytics search issues, Load issues, user management, persistent highlights, search term report, views, layouts, fields creation etc. as needed.
  • Relativity case management (Administering users setting up case structure groups and permission, provide advanced reporting).
  • Will keep track of outstanding support tickets.
  • Test and deployed applications, event handlers and scrips.
  • Maintain relativity license, resource pools, servers, agents.
  • Database migration and upgrades.
  • Trouble shoot load/Export issues.
  • Troubleshoot structured analytics.
  • Troubleshoot native Basic Imaging.
  • Troubleshoot Processing sets.
  • Troubleshoot viewer issues.
  • Moving databases using ARM application.
  • Troubleshoot viewer issues.
  • Troubleshooting the Processing application and issues.

Requirements of the Role

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of eDiscovery technology industry experience.
  • Be familiar with the Relativity application to provide Second level support.
  • Become a Relativity Certified Administrator within 8 months of commencement.
  • Expertise and experience in trouble shooting and resolving problems.
  • Experience working on sensitive matters of significant scale and importance.
  • Effective communication to proven regular update and progress reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and using advanced formulas.

Desirable Selection Criteria

  • Technical or Legal Degree.
  • Experience in providing assistance in eDiscovery/regulatory matters.
  • Experience in legal technology or litigation review platforms such as Relativity.
  • Experience in writing and executing SQL Database queries to return results or update tables.
  • Any Relativity certifications.
  • Experience in Ringtail review platform.
