About the Salesforce CoE (Centre of Excellence) Our Salesforce team is 75 members strong and has a presence in key strategic locations globally. The Salesforce COE team works across a broad range of solutions spanning applications for internal business productivity to external applications for medical professionals and patients. Ensure up-front planning, scheduling, and successful deployment of releases to Salesforce environments in a controlled and systematic way to meet service levels and avoid any impacts on existing services. Ensures adherence to the global Release and Deployment Management Process and Salesforce specific Release Management processes including code management, environment management and application handover Support release planning process (including scoping, assessment and, where needed, re-planning) Ensure execution and ongoing and maintenance of project plan for release and deployment projects and monitor its progress Coordinate all teams as well as project external stakeholders that are involved in a release with aim to follow and meet the release timelines Identify potential impacts on existing services and ensure they are mitigated accordingly Support and contribute to preparation of release deployment plans including among others communication, training and knowledge transfer to user community and IT operations Coordinate and operationally manage all aspects of the deployment Coordinate Early Life Support after deployment Support review and closure of release Report release status in governance boards and to Svc. / Sol Assurance Manager Represent release and deployment projects in CAB meetings Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Release & Deployment Scope Additional accountabilities (optional) Supports the definition of the release and deployment strategy including processes and tools Executes, monitors and manages implementation of this strategy Conducts impact assessments on existing services to ensure they are mitigated accordingly Proposes, plans and implements continuous improvement initiates related to this strategy Reports release status in governance boards and to SF CoE LT team Coordinates Early Life Support after deploymentMinimum requirements University degree in business/technical area or equivalent professional certifications. Salesforce Certifications and ITIL Certification would be advantageous Business fluent in English (written and spoken) 10+ years experience in a similar role with a proven track record in Release Management.799 million.
