Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: VI1064 Job Title: Cloud/D&A/Microsoft/AI - SCCM Configuration - Swethali -- Swethali -- Subash (Team1) Category: Must have experience with complex infrastructure migrations Thorough knowledge in administrating of SCCM Infrastructure Proven knowledge on incident management, handling customer escalations and ability to handle complex issues on Patching, OSD and Infrastructure. Ability to work on Patch management, Package Distribution and release management troubleshooting. Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of patch management, operating system deployment, application deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 10 servicing Experience in managing and configuring task sequences and OS images Experience in mass Win10 rollout and migration of end-user technologies. Monitoring updates via Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR), Update Groups, Deployment packages, and other methods Manage the deployments and patch rollout Create reports either through SCCM Wizard or direct SQL queries as required to provide metric statistics. Create Custom Inventory to gather required Information as per the request. Hardware Software Inventory Asset Management Reporting. Good Knowledge in SQL scripting to assist in capacity planning for meeting future Systems Management needs Proven analytical and problem-solving skill Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision Understands and uses the appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems. Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents. Must have knowledge of PowerShell scripting that includes writing commands for application installation, uninstallation, registry creation and deletion, files & folders operations, permissions, windows and application service configuration etc. Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles and other operational guides Co-ordinate with team members to ensure the adherence to processes. Handle and manage process & people escalations appropriately. Collaborates with offshore / onshore to understand demand requirements for clients. Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills.
