Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
    • Process Accounts Payable for subcontractors billings and invoice payables
    • Experience using tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com or others to maintain and process bills from vendors
    • Reconciling vendor invoices with internal purchase orders and working with purchasing teams to ensure all POs/VPOs are properly setup
    • Set up and maintain vendor data
    • Determine and resolve discrepancies in A/P accounts
    • Receive, review and process all employees expense receipts and follow up missing receipts
    • Providing monthly reports necessary for sales tax reporting, bank request submissions
    • Communicating with onsite and offshore account teams
    • Ensure all accounts payable transactions including liabilities and cash disbursements are properly reflected in the general ledger
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Graduate in Accounting is must.
