Role: As a Research Analyst, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Conducting extensive primary and secondary research to author research reports. 2. Collecting secondary information concerning the markets of interest. 3. Analyzing data sets in order to craft mission aligned messaging. 4. Writing original research reports for the organization using data collected and analyzed. 5. Working on filling the gaps in findings and analysis generated by interacting with market stakeholders on field through telephonic conversations, interviews, surveys, etc. 6. Working with the team through collective brainstorming sessions and developing new solutions that are subsequently made sellable. Duties and responsibilities: 1. Scoping, designing and delivering evaluation research, including identifying, developing and testing appropriate tools and reporting methods. 2. Analyze and draw meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the use of Excel at an advanced level. 3. Understand client objectives and to be capable of developing databases, samples and reports. 4. Use defined analytical tools and data visualization, where necessary.
