Job Description

  • Design, conduct, interpret, and report data from in vitro cell based studies (PXR, hERG, BSEP) using various cellular and subcellular systems, e.g. cell lines, vesicles, cell membranes.
  • Responsible for cell banking and cell line preparations
  • Keeps abreast of relevant literature and develops visibility within functional area.
  • Responsible for data review and documentation
  • Hands-on experience in other common in vitro ADMET assays is highly preferred
  • Handling of hepatocytes for metabolic stability assessment in CLint assays.
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in other common in vitro ADMET assays is highly preferred
EEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MSc (Chemistry/Biological Sciences)/M. Pharm from reputed UniversityWORK EXPERIENCE: 10 to 12 years in relevant experience in industryTTECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
  • Prior experience in standard in vitro ADME assays.
  • Maintaining Cell culture lab
  • Well versed with MS Office applications
BBEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:Good communication skills,
