Need highly motivated and self driven team member to be part of Immunoanalytics team. The candidate should have very good knowledge of ELISA, MSD, ADA, PK and PD techniques/concepts/principles. Should have very good understanding of current regulatory guidances (FDA, EMA, USP). Should be able to work in dynmaic and challenging work enviroments. Should be able to independently handle technology transfer, method validations and Sample analysis at partner CROs. Should have good troubleshooting skills. Should be able to work with cross fucntional teams. Should have knowledge and need to practice good documentation practices. Should eb able to indepently write SOPs, Method development reports, protocols.,
