Position Summary: Participates and executes in-vivo pharmacokinetic (PK)/pharmacodynamics (PD) experimentation in immuno-oncology, inflammation and/or infection domain. The incumbent must demonstrate proven track record of hands-on work experience in handling and dosing of small laboratory animals (mouse and rat). Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Prepares study protocols and maintains study records and summary reports. Executes experiments under the guidance of team lead and contributes to the scientific literature search. Effective planning, quality execution and organization of work are anticipated. Responsibilities: Handling and dosing of small laboratory animals like mice and rats. Executing mouse or rat PK/PD studies in na ve or disease animal models. Conducts relevant in-vivo animal models in immune-oncology, inflammation and/or infection domains. Participates in study planning, execution and results discussion. Data collection, analysis using Pheonix WinNonlin and various statistical tools and communicates with in the team. Scientific literature search and technical support to the research group for carrying out various project activities. Requirements: M. Pharm in pharmacology or M.Sc, with 3-5 yrs of pharmaceutical/biotech industrial work experience is must. Should have thorough understanding of key role of in vivo PK/PD experimentation. Handling of mice and rats experience is must. Having experience in cannulations to rat and in-vitro ADME assays is plus. Must be flexible and enthusiastic to learn new things. Having multitasking experience is plus and should have the ability to manage time effectively and able to perform different works under tight timelines. Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.,
