    Designation: Research Investigator Job Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting to: Senior Principal Investigator Job Grade: 7 Operating Unit : Chemical Development Department : Performance & Speciality Materials The Company Syngene International Ltd. The Role Team Lead for Polymer Projects, Project Update and Effective Communication to Client, Lead the polymer programs etc. Key Result Areas Role-specific:
    • This position will be reporting to the Senior Principal investigator with no direct reports
    • Knowledge base in various polymerization techniques, polymer chemistry & technology, polymer characterisation
    • Willing to learn new polymerization techniques like anionic, cationic polymerization and apply them in the projects
    • Polymer expert who will be a hands-on-scientist (Preferably Anonic Polymerization)
    • Guide and train junior scientists in polymerization and other laboratory techniques
    • Hands on experience in doing air, moisture and light sensitive reactions
    • Interact with customers on various project deliverables and convert the customer CTQs to actionable items
    • Hands on experience on polymer analytical techniques and polymer processing will be an added advantage
    • Effective communication with customer, efficient handling and managing of the polymer projects
    • Manage day-to day affairs of the lab including
      • Literature search
      • Idea generation
      • Proof of concept
      • Process development and scale-up
      • Proper documentation
