Job Description We are looking for an entrepreneurial and forward thinking Research Manager , who will be responsible for all operational elements of the research process , through planning , design , execution and delivery.The Research Manager is responsible to ensure that the research is meaningful , actionable and delivering on the business needs. The selected person should be curious and committed to process improvement , has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders , display a can do attitude and is uncompromising with regard to quality.Responsible for driving research , development and improvement of projects.Responsible for identifying the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet the defined business objective.Work with a team of research consultants to collect , analyze and create directories and databases of employers and recruitment agencies.Manage day - to - day activities of the team , such as research assignments , staffing , performance management , development , etc.Review and interpret the collected data , create insightful reports , and make actionable recommendations.Present meaningful and impactful insights on the global recruitment and employment trends.Work closely with Directors and department managers to deliver high value directories and services.Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent required.5 to 10 years experience in managing data processing , analysis , reporting for primary research projects , preferably from a full - service research organization.Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with department managers and senior management on a continuous basis.Ability to manage a team of junior analysts and guide them on project execution and achieving delivery targets while ensure high quality output from team.Excellent spoken and written communication skills , as well as presentation skills.Excellent project management , problem solving , communication , attention to detail and analytical skills required.Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision , and produce timely deliverables in a fast - paced environment.Self - motivated , with strong work ethic and initiative; proactive in identifying issues and opportunities and delivering insightful solutions.,
