Job Description

    Are you motivated, organized and creative Do you have good communication skills, spoken and written, and empathy.Do you enjoy analysing data and creating interesting content Can you work with a range of tools to develop process efficiency and automation We re looking for a Product Manager to:Own and run critical processes that support the APAC Research department.Help maintain produce and maintain important and commercial research products.Examine and improve all elements of our regular processes.Keep a constant eye on issues pertaining to risk and compliance. Be responsive to ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.Work with multiple areas of the UBS Research platform (Evidence Lab, Production, Data Science, Marketing etc) to help execute the APAC Research Strategy.Be an energetic team player.Your teamYour teamYou ll be working with the UBS APAC Research Product Management team, with members scattered across the region. We support Research Management in all aspects of executing the APAC Research Strategy. This is a combination of enhancing equity research product quality, minimizing risk and serving our broad internal client base. As a team member, you ll play an important role in helping the team to run all of the processes that support this, including organising the product pipeline and meetings, reporting and content generation and a wide range of ad hoc requests. We want someone with fresh eyes who can help us work better, smarter and more efficiently., 1-3 years of experience.Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.Strong inter-personal skills.Some financial and markets interest and experience, for example financial modelling.Experience or ability to learn new tools like excel macros, Sharepoint, Tableau, Alteryx, Bloomberg, Reuters.Comfortable building/working with large data sets and have excellent attention to detail.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Inquisitive, organized and able to work independently.Flexible in terms of working hours.#LI-SS1
