Seeking a resource administrator to help manage resource forecasting for our company. Some of your job requirements would be:Gathering resource forecasting requests and scheduling resources using NetSuite OpenAirResolving conflicts with resources and escalating to management as neededRun reports for and attend staffing calls to discuss any conflicts with resources or upcoming needsFollowing up with peers to ensure timesheet submission complianceExperience working with a Time and Labor application (e.g. Open Air or other) is highly desirableManaging a service desk type email address where users can send questions about resource forecasting , staffing , or other needs. Fast response and resolution to these emails / issues is a must.Setting up new contracts in OpenAir so that our resources can track their time accuratelyAbility to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.Analyzing data in MS Excel as neededCreating , updating , editing reports and dashboardsSpecial projects , as neededMajor Requirements:Professional , positive , and upbeat to both internal and external customers Versatility and a willingness to work in a busy environment with enthusiasmCommitment to get the job done on time and accurately , responding to emails and calls quicklyExcellent attention to detail , organization skills , and focus in a distraction driven environment Familiar with online workflow routing and processStrong problem - solving , analytical skills and reading proficiencyHigh Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Online tools and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelCreative , flexible , and innovative team playerAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesExperience working with a Time and Labor application (e.g. Open Air or other) is highly desirableAbility to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.Ability to analyze data in MS Excel.Experience managing difficult conversations.
