Job Description

Key Result Areas:Key Result Areas Supporting ActionsSales PlanningPlan sales activities in the regions, in order to achieve sales targetsMonitor and drive other sales related activitiesIdentify regions which are degrowing or not performing consistently to enable handholding / mentoring / coaching to RMsPlan for renewals and drive topline through renewalsChannel Partner ManagementMeet dealers and educate them on the benefits of joining ABIBL’s dealership program, and get them to sign up with ABIBLVisit dealership sites to network with them and to understand and resolve their issues pertaining to the programsPush dealers for renewals, through networking and relationshipsSupport the partners with claim settlement and coordinate with insurance companies as and when required, for the sameConduct business reviews with the dealership sales team to monitor business performance and extend support in resolution of queriesTake feedback of service from OEMs periodically to ensure required support to the dealershipsCoordinate with the insurance company as required, to resolve dealer queriesTrainingTrain the channel partners on various product offerings of ABIBL, at a regional level and resolve their queries pertaining to the sameExtend support to resolve any product related queries that they may haveBusiness ReviewReview business performance with the OEM team, periodicallyJointly formulate sales strategies to drive businessReview business performance of dealerships with their sales and marketing heads for course correction, if requiredShare sales updates and target achievement with the Zonal Head and Head – Retail periodicallyComplianceMonitor and ensure that sales templates are being filled by the RMs after meetings with the dealershipsEnsure that all communication and documentation is compliant with the regulatory requirements outlined by the compliance teamTeam ManagementEnsure that continuous learning and growth opportunities are provided to all relationship managersEnsure that constructive performance feedback is provided to all team members, periodicallyFacilitate coaching and mentoring for RMs as requiredMaintain constant communication with each team member to identify and address any issues, as requiredImpart knowledge and ensure that required training is provided to each team member as requiredPlan for succession within the team
