Work with individual businesses in implementing a comprehensive system of controls to identify, mitigate, and address potential business and operations risks in the businessWork on risk reviews on operation and non-operational areas with all businesses and support centre in India GICExecute regular reviews of operational and non-operational controls, Identify exceptions,Remediation identification and track closure with ownersWork on reported incidents and work with issue owners to drive closureRegular reporting on the outstanding issues as compared to planned timelinesParticipate in training initiativesAide Enterprise Risk Management teams and businesses in preparedness for upcoming reviewsAttend and participate business review meetings with requisite data points to aide decision makingEnsure effective oversight of operations through transparent, regular reporting and communication between onshore and offshore Business, Operations, and Risk functionsFacilitate regular conversation with different stakeholders to ensure closure of open itemsOrganisationalTake up responsibilities to lead a team in the absence of managersEffectively communicate with key stakeholders in executing projectsAdhere to company policies and proceduresPeopleWork on projects and deliver with quality in a timely mannerContinuously engage oneself in staff training and developmentTake ownership of activities to ensure successful execution of varied projectsFinancialAccountability for the general management of all expenses against company policies for areas of direct responsibility only.Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / AttributesEssentialsAt least 6 years of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance, analytics, market research, consultancy or any other parallel industry.Minimum masters qualification in a relevant area.Strong project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines.Good communication skills, both verbally and in written format.Preferred:Ability to work independently as individual contributor and lead a team when requiredAbility to travel as requiredAny knowledge of analytical tools and databases will be an added advantage.Any knowledge of the below will be an added advantage:Risk reviewControl TestingProcess controlsRisk managementOperational Risk,
