Job Description

Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in IT security and/ or within risk management space, including risk management, risk assessment, audit, compliance and/or incident management. Experience or certified in IT security (e.g. CISM, CISSP, NIST, ISO 27000) and/or risk management standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO ERM). Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated excellent program management skills and ability to develop solutions to problems with unclear or ambiguous guidelines. Experience in vendor management. Strong leadership, organizational, stakeholder management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global team environment. Eagerness to learn new things, discover emerging and new trends and willingness to lean in and get hands dirty. Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups across different levels. Ability to travel as required. To learn more about gTech, check out our video . Responsibilities Provide risk consultations and services with a focus on Google Operations Centers (GOC). Design and implement global risk programs and solutions for a varied and complex gTech service portfolio. Conduct risk assessments to identify risks and recommend how to mitigate risks. Continuously monitor risk landscape to identify, assess, report and mitigate emerging and future risks. Manage vendor and performance of our risk operations providing services across gTech, and GOC. Build relationships and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across GOC as well as Security, Privacy, Legal, E&C, xWS and Product/Eng.
