Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities: Handling PMO team and implementing initiatives as per management vision. Working with Delivery Managers Stakeholders and aligning SOWs, project scope,People, Documentation, status reporting. Keep a track of all the SOWs which are about to expire and to send notifications torespective Delivery Managers for their extension. Preparation of project SOWs, timesheets, billing & Invoice calculations. Execute timesheet governance process and compliance. Reporting and monitoring employee utilization and billability. Working with DHs and forecast the upcoming staffing needs. Track and maintain overall organization headcount and make sure employee details areup to date in internal portals and Office 365. Working closely with stakeholders to improve the operations gaps and track the actionitems till closure. Monthly Review of billing loss and rates card validation with sales team ( Siva Naresh). Coordinate with EA and track Bench resources. Admin for PMO tools Jira, confluence & SharePoint. Contribution towards ACOE initiatives and Org. certifications, process compliance andQuality metrics. Preparing management reports like, ROI, Resource utilisation, Project Status reports,Project status, Burn down, Resource utilisation, BillableNon billable utilisation.
